Chase Bank is destroying our lives. They have transferred $10804.89 of our money to a criminal(s) who created a fake check and likely a very fictional name of 'Mabell Ulloa Vera'. Chase bank has injured my jaw joints and throat on the phone and engaged in severe harassment, discrimination/medical exploitation, and abusive behavior, and refused to return the stolen money or even submit a "claim". Chase is also trying to blame me for their own actions of sending our money to criminals via fraudulent check(s) that we never prod... read more
Been a customer for 20+ years. They declined notary for me. Before pandemic they offered it. Never again moving my accounts to capital one.
