This bank is great and all the employees are nice n friendly and treat me n my cousin who is special needs and has an account with special attention to her needs so I thank you all for treating Ella so nicely and me included
Great banking service
My partner & I switched over since TD Bank left the area. We were enticed with their promotional incentives. But, the customer service has been horrible! Customer service people don't call back. We will probably move all of our assists out eventually.

Went there like usual with my company check and the check is chase bank,and they said can't cash it cause on the check only appear one last name I explain that this is like my number 40th time I do this there she said no.call the supervisor if u can call that arrogant lady she said the same and I explain that her employees cash my check a hundred times she said who I explain she they don't work here so it was Casper I said 😂 😂.
