Very poor customer service. After reading others reviews this seems to be a chronic problem at this branch. Bank teller Carrie Litzer was extremely rude, to the point where I’m considering closing my account with Chase. There are plenty of banks in the OTOTW area who I’m sure would be happy to have my money and business. This woman really shouldn’t be working in the customer service field, her coworkers even appeared uncomfortable with her behavior.

I've always had a positive experience at this bank! The staff is friendly and attentive, making banking a breeze. I appreciate the modern facilities and the quick service—they really value your time!
