Just withdrew all my money and closed all accounts at the silver springs Blvd location. The lady Claudia didn't even ask me why I was closing all my accounts after being a customer for over 6 years. Barely spoke 2 words and has a bit of an attitude. Only reaffirmed my actions. Florida Credit Union and Regions will keep my business.
My father had opened a account with this branch in silver springs when his disability check finally came in for a large amount of money the chase bank played games the entire time they got payed for the check a day after it was put into the account and flagged it for fraudulent activity after 28 days he contacted the consumer finical protection agency (government) and they had to straighten everything out and they flagged his name under trying to pass a fraudulent check through check systems when he brought all of the social... read more
Well chase bank has been a horrible bank for personal and business as use can take notice chase bank has allowed foreign corruption by allowing unauthorized non account holders to fraudulently access both my private accounts I as the consumer opened 1/1/2021 I have had multiple 3 rd party exchange agents not authorized by me the consumer but never the less chase bank has been denying me the criminals information and recovery of massive claims filed with chase bank including interferences with my transactions being altered ev... read more
The atm at this location is broken at least 1-2 times a week. Seriously ridiculous. Never had a problem at any other location as frequently as this one.
