Ty completely redeemed my Chase experience today. This was my second stop at a Chase today. I was grumpy after 3 different ATMs couldn't give me the small bills I needed. Ty was super sweet and made up for my bad experience just by being awesome.
Everything related to money. Friendly staff.

This is by far the most sorry branch I've come across. Always a bother when you're trying to figure out "THEIR" mistake on your own account. I closed my account due to Chase's incompetence in banking, and their tellers condescending attitudes n lack of care for their account & share holders. Chase needs to get it together and figure out how both the branch and the customer service representatives via the phone can work TOGETHER bc neither takes responsibility or works with the other and it just causes more issues in my opini... read more
