I’ve had a terrible experience every single time I’ve gone to this bank. The two tellers are consistently rude and unprofessional, like they absolutely hate their jobs. I always end up asking for help with something, and instead of just helping me, they tell me to make an appointment with the banker for stuff they could easily assist with. Just withdrew all my money and closed all accounts at the silver springs Blvd location. The lady Claudia didn't even ask me why I was closing all my accounts after being a customer for over 6 years. Barely spoke 2 words and has a bit of an attitude. Only reaffirmed my actions. Florida Credit Union and Regions will keep my business.
