I came into the branch to make a cash deposit as well as get an activity statement printed because I am closing on my first home next week. To say this process has been exhausting and tedious would be an understatement. Miss Monet at the teller counter made my experience quick, easy, and efficient. She was knowledgeable and attentive as much as she was kind. I also work in this field and know first hand how hard it can be. Thank you so much for making my trip inside enjoyable and effortless!
The ATMs outside are always down for reason or another. I wouldn't recommend Chase for your banking needs. There's better banking institutions that offer better perks than Chase
I wouldn't send a fire truck their if the place was on fire took a check from a lady went by thier to cash the check this place is so greedy i was charged a 10.00 fee for cashing a check that was from their bank because i didn't have a bank account with Chase bank that is a real good way to get new customers but i guess they don't care if they have new customers i will no longer take checkes from Chase bank and i will tell everyone to stay away from Chase Bank
We went to another location and were told that no one there could help us, so they made us an appointment at this location. We went to this location and sat an hour waiting past our appointment time. It is completely ridiculous. Customer service is horrible, and the workers are completely unprofessional!
OK, I have to say Carlos and Ty have great customer service skills, professionalism, and respect to clients. They were able to help me open my account again when I was having trouble and many people need to learn from them how to treat customers.
