Very bad customer service
I had hoped for a better experience with Chase and this branch who assisted me with my business account, but unfortunately, I was met with silence. I reached out regarding my account, and after multiple attempts, I received no communication in return. I understand that delays can happen, but a complete lack of response is disappointing—especially from a financial institution that customers are expected to trust with important matters. The employee put the wrong numbers in my account and now I am out a large amount of money and they refuse to reimburse me. How do they get away with this. Stear clear of this branch.
