The employee put the wrong numbers in my account and now I am out a large amount of money and they refuse to reimburse me. How do they get away with this. Stear clear of this branch.
Jose was incredibly helpful! Accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong branch and this branch's staff was still able to help. Super quick and easy.
Tellers are great and fun to work with. But Saturday 2-08-25 I came into the bank like I normal would keep my grocery cart in the front of the bank lobby then went to the Teller then when I returned I noticed one of my small grocery bags was gone out of my shopping cart. When I got home I called chase in Orland he said there is nothing he can do. My Pork loin roast that I paid $7.64 cents was gone. He said he cannot run no cameras. There is no room to push a hand held cart trolley in the Teller section.
Jose was really helpful! Amazing guy helped me with an account and was very personable.
