Why is it no one can deposit to my account? I sent my grandsons to chase to deposit some rolled coins to my account since I'm not feeling well enough to do it myself and they refused the deposit! Why? I don't understand what the idea behind that is. I gave them my checkbook so they had the number and everything as verification. The rating on Google reviews and why low they are at this branch is because Attitude reflects leadership. Connie is the direct reason. Her attitude dealing with customers is Unbecoming, Unethical, uncompassionate and Unprofessional. Any issue is always the fault of the customer. It's a constant hassle with these folks.
