Chase stopped the transaction when someone tried to drain my account. Kudos!!
Why is it no one can deposit to my account? I sent my grandsons to chase to deposit some rolled coins to my account since I'm not feeling well enough to do it myself and they refused the deposit! Why? I don't understand what the idea behind that is. I gave them my checkbook so they had the number and everything as verification. My grandsons told me they looked at them like they were idiots even asking to do it. What am I missing is this standard at all banks now? Her attitude dealing with customers is Unbecoming, Unethical, uncompassionate and Unprofessional. Any issue is always the fault of the customer. It's a constant hassle with these folks.
