I had a very troubling experience with this branch while trying to pay off my car lease. After dropping off a cashier’s check for the full amount, I was assured it would be overnighted to the Chase Auto department. A week later, no one at the branch could confirm the whereabouts of the check. They were unable to provide a valid receipt or tracking number, and the manager on duty gave me conflicting information compared to what Chase Auto was telling me. Wasted my time to set up an appointment to close an account and open a new one. Banked scanned all documents and said he would call us back once everything was up and running. Never called back now 3 weeks later and Chase has zero record of the scanned documents. Take your business elsewhere. They never answer their phones.
Worst service ever!!!!!
