$8,018.00 to be stolen out of my checking account. The branch manager tried to help but now ignores me with no regard. I’m elderly. There is an official police report. There is a law suit being developed. This Chase Bank in Ignacio CA represents embecile people locally and awful people on the corporate people. They allowed $8K to be stolen from a tax paying law abiding Novato American citizen who has done nothing wrong.
Worse bank, worse costumer service....
Opened savings and checking accounts at Chase Mill Valley this week. Staff (Luis) was super helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Today I received a coupon in my monthly coupon mailer from Chase offering a $400 bonus for opening a checking account and having direct deposit. I emailed a photo of the coupon to Luis, who immediately called me and made sure the bonus would accrue to my account. I am loving this customer service!
Great experience at the Mill Valley Chase branch, friendly, professional team from the moment I walked in. Luis was excellent helping me with key paperwork I needed completed, professional, courteous, and efficient. The location is convenient with a calm, welcoming space, and every associate I’ve interacted with has gone out of their way to make the experience smooth and positive.
I had a very troubling experience with this branch while trying to pay off my car lease. After dropping off a cashier’s check for the full amount, I was assured it would be overnighted to the Chase Auto department. A week later, no one at the branch could confirm the whereabouts of the check. They were unable to provide a valid receipt or tracking number, and the manager on duty gave me conflicting information compared to what Chase Auto was telling me.
