I have never written a google review before, but after the exceptional customer service I received at the Chase Bank at Hudson Plaza shopping center, I felt obligated to. I came in to try to resolve a credit card issue I had been dealing with for over a month. I previously tried to use online customer service, but after many frustrating attempts, nothing was resolved. I visited a lot of different chase banks within summit county, and this is one of my favorites. I feel like a person who's appreciated.Not just another random customer. Everyone i'm i've talked to is super friendly and helpful. This is a good example of great customer service with a personal touch. Thank you everywhere
