Moved to Akron June 30, 2025. Purchased my first money order from Chase branch in Chapel Hill, Akron, 2nd week July 2025. Very favorable experience. Today, July 31, 2025, deposited a check and had questions about the money order placed. I went into the branch at Arlington Rd, Akron. Two tellers could not answer my question. My friend withdrew money and paid off his card bill! I was along for giggles
This is most DEFINITELY worst bank ever… I mean ever. They funky handle the crap out of me and my personal banking account… just to get 290$. I started crying and balling my eyes out and the branch manager LITERALLY had a smirk on his face and laughed at me the entire time I’m sitting there balling my eyes out.
