This is most DEFINITELY worst bank ever… I mean ever. They funky handle the crap out of me and my personal banking account… just to get 290$. I started crying and balling my eyes out and the branch manager LITERALLY had a smirk on his face and laughed at me the entire time I’m sitting there balling my eyes out. Travis was very knowledgeable and good at his work.Hes very fast and will have you in and out very good talking with him and he told me about a lot of good things chase bank has to offer.
The phone number to this branch is a busy signal, no voice mail, no voice prompt or customer service. I was calling to get an appointment to open an account but I will not be doing business with Chase. What kind of bank does not have some kind of answering system??!!!
