The worst customer service . They are rude and the girl helping did not know how to do her job or open an account had to leave 4 times to get help. We finally left and went to another branch
It said this location was open today according to Google. It was not. Make sure to update your hours so customers don't waste 30 minutes of gas money to do business.
If I could give no stars I would ! Me and my husband have been with Chase for 7+ years He went in Friday to cash his check someone at the window stated they could not cash it because it was a check from a different bank? Mind you we bank with them! Never heard of such a thing so then I asked how come ?
