Osmin was wonderful and very helpful, overall a very nice bank. Good set up and very well organized. It helps that they speak Spanish if needed as well.
zero stars.. chase bank , specifically this location is horrible. a check from chase bank over 2500.00$ is worthless to them if you don't have a account with chase.. staff has zero communication skills. just more rules,excuses, or fees. zero help. just reasons why there checks aren't worth the paper they are written on. and they can't even stand behind there own account holder. a buisness check, to a employee who is using his chase associated visa as ID.with the account holder on the phone telling them to cash it. a absolute... read more
