Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even take your money in to deposit without a thousand questions….put us behind for my kids sports event this evening making us late now…and had to cancel all of our transactions because my husbands drivers license is expired even though have proof online he renewed it??? Can’t even get a simple cashiers check that we needed by tomorrow morning. Complete waste of 40 minutes. These people are a joke. Never coming back to this location again. Do better.
If I could give them no stars I would ! Imma keep it short and sweet ...RUN! THIS BANK IS NOT IN ANYONES BEST INTEREST please dont do it im warning you! Watch the movie straw this bank will take u there! The reviews tell it all be smart and keep it moven past chase they will have you Chasen YOUR money! Literally!
Came in to get change and was met with an unhelpful, standoffish attitude from the person assisting me. No greeting, no effort just disrespect and zero customer service. If you don’t want to work with people, don’t work in customer-facing roles. Security was just sitting up front doing nothing, completely disengaged. The whole atmosphere felt lazy and unwelcoming. Basic respect goes a long way unfortunately, it was completely missing here.
What’s the point of ATMs if they never work and we can’t use the one in the foyer after hours?!
