I come in wanting a certain amount I have how I'd like that given back to me. Specific incriminates (again written down on a piece of paper) and they can't do that! I appreciate the teller making sure they got the total right but if they would have just taken 2 seconds while counting to put it in the way I asked to be given back it would have gone faster. Terrible. Just terrible. Took in the paperwork they said I needed, then was told I needed other papers. Took those in, then a different account rep told me the first guy didn't set up the account correctly in the first place. Told me I needed a whole new account. They have no idea what they are doing. I wasted 5 hours over two separate days and it's still not right.
