ATM never works. You need an appointment to speak with a banker.
idk why it is running problem with this location specifically but the ATMs are NEVER working. it’s been like this for months and it’s very frustrating as a server who needs to deposit cash often .
In the last 6 months the staff is consistently rude every visit, customer service is seriously lacking. There is an issue every time we go, they are always changing their rules
Never in my life have I felt the need to review a bank, but I hate the exterior ATM's at this branch. The last two times one has been unable to accept my almost perfectly crisp bills. I tried repeatedly and gave up and moved to the other ATM. This one is new and is set so far back that I can hardly reach it. Today I tried to get even closer knowing it's farther away and in turn hit the cement barricade with my side mirror. It shouldn't be this difficult to deposit and withdraw money.
I’ve interacted with a lot of the staff at this branch from the manager to the bankers and the tellers. They are all awesome.
