Never in my life have I felt the need to review a bank, but I hate the exterior ATM's at this branch. The last two times one has been unable to accept my almost perfectly crisp bills. I tried repeatedly and gave up and moved to the other ATM. This one is new and is set so far back that I can hardly reach it. Today I tried to get even closer knowing it's farther away and in turn hit the cement barricade with my side mirror. It shouldn't be this difficult to deposit and withdraw money.
I’ve interacted with a lot of the staff at this branch from the manager to the bankers and the tellers. They are all awesome.
Rude as can be staff. Better off going somewhere else.
The atm ate my money I had call the customer service people just to be told they couldn’t do anything about it and I had to wait for the money . Like okay I am calling this chase to complain I have receipt that the atm printed out to tell me that it couldn’t take cash right after my money was already put In and the atm was working fine but at the end the transaction it said that it couldn’t take cash and it didn’t even deposit my money into my account so that’s even the mess up part . One ATM won’t accept cash at all, the other spits out all but a couple bills. After 5 attempts still had to leave with most of my deposit.
