The old lady seems very unpleasant when she have to do her job, came in for money deposit and I uaslly use the machine but somebody is using it so that’s why I went to her, I have a lot of cash do deposit and when I hand it over to her she seem very unhappy and I told her I can just use the machine if it’s too much for her and she said it would of destroy the machine if I do that, WHAT?? I do that all the time! Overall if you don’t like your job you don’t need to do it so badly, worse customer service EVER!
Extremely disrespectful. I was asked why I needed to pull that much money then when I said for personal reasons, that didn't stop the manger from trying to keep the conversation going.
People are great but outside ATMs are hot garbage. Anytime I need cash after hours the machines are ALWAYS busted and will not take or disperse cash. Chase, you need to fix this as it’s ridiculous to not have working ATMs.
ATM never works. You need an appointment to speak with a banker.
