I really like the staff very helpful I don't understand why they're closing my bank in Norton I don't want to go anywhere else.
The staff here is helpful and very nice. Love the easy atm.
Since staff has changed, service has declined. This is in spite of the fact that I always have a large balance in checking and savings. In the past, I could ask for special favors -- for example notary service or new bills or whatever; and I would always be let into my safe deposit box asap. Now, service of any sort is hard to get, and I always have to wait ten minutes or more before someone will let me into the safe deposit box area. The tellers, however, are generally pleasant.
