Where is Zero stars when you need them. Don't go there if you appreciate your time and money. Go to a different bank or at the very least, a different branch in a different town. Takes two hours to create a "profile" and at the end wants us to reschedule. No thank you. Edit: my time can be spent making money instead.
Had an issue with my credit card and it was quickly resolved at this branch. There was a sign that the branch is closing for good in the near future.

I went to this bank to cash a state program check and they had me there for some time because they couldn’t verify the check and the supervisor or manager there looked like she was 16 years old had no idea what she was doing; they couldn’t verify regardless that the check is from a chase bank she just apologized. so i called where I got the check from and they said that there shouldn’t be no problem with that check i went to the chase in Merced on olive and i had no problems there! i was in and out. terrible management here ... read more
