First time I decide to walk into the branch because they wont let me add my wife to my account unless I go into the bank. Well, it was empty, 2 tellers chatting. I walk up and tell them what I need and they are like, you need this today. I mean really. Then neither can do it and walk over to 3 closed offices and they come back and say you will have to wait 15 mins! Horrible service and useless tellers. I am going to move a lot of money out after this experience.
I've never given a bank a bunch of money and then they don't give me on my account number. Fail on their part.
Never really liked chase... Too many fees and very impersonal.
We like chase but this branch made a huge mistake when we open our accounts. There was a gentleman that helped us won’t mention his name but he announced that he had several years experience with the bank. Well, is better to talk less and show that experience. You cause me so much time. You made a mistake twice even after we told you the mistake, you could not fix it. We had to go to another branch to get help. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Older in the business does not mean you know everything. Humbleness can teach us a lot
