Never really liked chase... Too many fees and very impersonal.
We like chase but this branch made a huge mistake when we open our accounts. There was a gentleman that helped us won’t mention his name but he announced that he had several years experience with the bank. Well, is better to talk less and show that experience. You cause me so much time. You made a mistake twice even after we told you the mistake, you could not fix it. We had to go to another branch to get help. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Older in the business does not mean you know everything. Humbleness can teach us a lot
The associate Martin is not only not helpful and competitive but also screwed my account over . I was trying to get some cash . He told me change phone numbers on the app because I have a new number and he deleted both the numbers and now I have to wait 24 hours for them to update everything. I asked 3 times to talk to someone else but he would make something up . Tried to contact the manager but he couldn’t find her apparently. Wasted 30 minutes and probably have to be on the phone with chase for 2 hours tomorrow .
Rediculous wait times in the drive thru!!! Staff could be more friendly I drop deposits in the morning and they have no sense of urgency!!!
