Walked in at 4:15 to open a business account — ready to go, money in hand. Was told they couldn't help me because the branch closes at 5 and I'd need to book an appointment first. So you have 45 minutes left, a customer standing in front of you wanting to give you their business, and the answer is "come back another day"? That's not how you earn a business relationship.
