I’ve been a loyal Chase customer for years, but I’m disappointed with the Belcher Road location. The vestibule ATM is often locked due to what I was told is a homelessness issue. I understand the concern, but locking out customers isn’t the solution. Other Chase locations allow access with a debit card. It’s frustrating when the outdoor ATM is out of service or when I need denominations smaller than $20. I hope Chase finds a better solution that doesn’t inconvenience its customers.
Have gone to ATM multiple times. The building will not let you in to use the ATM in the lobby after they close so is basically useless. Multiple times I go to use the ATM in the Drive-Thru and it doesn't work. Sometimes it has a sign saying it's not working other times like today it lets me put in my code but then I can't push any of the buttons on the screen so basically I can't do anything. It's made me waste gas and time! If you want to use the ATM do not go to this location, it doesn't work more often than it does!
