I went to pick up a cashier check and met Armand Sheqin, an exceptional banker. He was very calm, very explanatory, and very helpful. My experience while coming to this branch has been excellent service from the entire staff. I certainly will not hesitate to come to see Armand or the rest of the staff in the future for my financial needs. Thank you Armand Sheqin.
This bank is the worse, I can't even get in to use the ATM after hours, they have not fixed the bank card slot in months, so if you wont fix it, leave the door unlock for the ATM, very frustrating.
First they can’t get the address right for my credit card, then they make a balance transfer without my permission, and now they don’t pick up the phone. 1 star well earned.
