The atm is always down. It never works. One other close location to me but that’s 15 mins away. Why does you’re atm never work?
I have to say Mr Armand Shegi is a better person helping people at Chase.
How you gonna close your ATM vestibule at 5pm?! What a waste of a branch / space. And then have Brinks work for almost 30 minutes on the outside ATM. Such a headache. Avoid this branch if you can.
I was told last year that chase set aside money in their budget to either replace, renew, restore their ATMs. I have never gone to an ATM that is so slow in inefficient as the ones at Chase Manhattan Bank. I have made complaints at two different branches. Shame on you Chase Manhattan with all your money!!!
