For your information there are no tellers or drive thru here only the automatic teller stand inside the office and 2 ATMs (1 in the back were the drive thru was, and one upfront), there are a lot of bankers happily wanting to help customers. The service and fast and easy. Great team.

My bank. Of course it's 5 stars. Love their options on just about everything. Staff is very inviting.

This location is nothing more than a glorified ATM with a employee instructing you how to use it . If you need something beyond what you can do yourself on an ATM, they cannot help you...there are no tellers. It would be nice if this were mentioned on their site. I did give one star because the woman on the phone when I called was very polite when she told me that there was nothing they could do for me. Why is it that people who have loans with Chase or who have Chase credit cards but no Chase bank account are treated like third world citizens? This branch just rolled out that asinine concept of having a electronic kiosk in the middle of a long wall where there used to be tellers so that people can do their banking through a glorified ATM. I was not able to pay my credit card using this ceature because I am not considered a customer. Of course, had there been tellers I could have made a payment but some genious thinks phasi... read more
