Fix your damn ATMs!!
Had a really good experience at this Chase branch. Tracy was super helpful and friendly when setting up my account, and made everything easy. Daniel also helped me out with a few issues and did his best to get everything resolved which he did. The staff here are very accommodating, and I highly recommend this branch!
HighWay ROBBERY!!!!!!!! I was issued a Business check from a CHASE bank account. Gave all the information to the drive-thru teller; she tells me the fee is $10!!!!!! FOR A CHECK DRAWN ON THEIR BANK--- NEVER AGAIN
I had an appointment with Dan today regarding a business loan for a start up and he was very rude and didn’t ask much, if any questions and kept insinuating that I didn’t have good credit. I informed him that I did have good credit and he tried to pitch me a business line of credit with pretty high interest rates compared to competitors. Wouldn’t recommend banking with Chase, from personal experience credit unions are A LOT friendlier and cheaper interest rates. I would still recommend shopping around though.
