What a disaster, this was my second time to come to this location. Employees are rude and unprofessional, they don’t even want to take the time to clearly communicate with customers. I was told to have a sit and they will check with me but 15 minutes passed and no one checked. It seems like they get annoyed with every question you try to ask. They need better management and a few more friendly staff not some poker face bankers
They tellers were very helpful with my nephews needs.
Special mention to Tracy for dedication and good service.
I have only been inside this location twice, But both times the staff was extremely helpful. This past time, Lisa really helped me out and saved me a trip to the library. Would recommend this location
