Just tried to make a cash deposit when I have over $200,000 in this bank and they will not let me deposit cash $420 pretty sad Cheryl’s a terrible employee. Acted like she didn’t wanna be bothered I’ll be making any deposits at this branch anymore
I find it so frustrating that this bank has no Saturday hours. And every weekday is exactly 9-5 like clockwork. How sad. How is any working person ever supposed to do their banking without taking time off. I'm speechless that this location misses that fact. Maybe the customers are all retired.
I'm not always crazy about decisions made by Chase Corporate ... however, over many years, I have learned that compared to many other companies, they protect me the best. A few times a year, the Chase fraud department picks up a potential theft of my money or charges to my credit card ... and contacts me BEFORE I even know anything is wrong.
