When does 4:59 = 5? Apparently at this branch on the day I showed up at 4:58 (cell phone time) to make a deposit, noticed the hours posted on the door said 9-5, and found the door deadbolted without a bank associate in sight. I did not have a pen on me (to enable an ATM deposit) so I was trying hard to catch them before close. They had a pen in the breezeway but it was out of ink… disappointing. Chase, are my expectations too high or misplaced? Please educate me on how I should have more successful navigated this situation.
Made a branch appointment for 3:30pm and have been waiting for over 30 mins while the rep is chit chatting with the last appointment which is obviously running long. I wouldn’t mind if they were all business instead of shooting the shit.
I had a really excellent experience here this week. I had a specific banking need that others were not able to help me with, and the people at this branch were really lovely. They went out of their way to help me and my family. Customer service like that is not easy to find.
