Made a branch appointment for 3:30pm and have been waiting for over 30 mins while the rep is chit chatting with the last appointment which is obviously running long. I wouldn’t mind if they were all business instead of shooting the shit.
I had a really excellent experience here this week. I had a specific banking need that others were not able to help me with, and the people at this branch were really lovely. They went out of their way to help me and my family. Customer service like that is not easy to find.
I recently tried to buy a puppy online. I was going to do a money transfer but Chase wouldn’t authorize the payment because it was recognized as fraudulent. I tried another breeder with the same results. I called Chase and had a lengthy discussion with them. Apparently Chase has an extremely sophisticated fraud detection system, which apparently is a lot smarter than I am.
