We went to Chase bank twice the first time we was trying to take on an equity loan on our house here in upstate New York. Then we found out they didn’t do equity loans after we had a credit check and everything. So we ended up having to go to Local bank to get the equity loan. So we can do some upgrades on our house. Been waiting 30 minutes to see about problems. Nobody for customer support. Never come here again. Going to take 3 deposits I have to friendly bank. Place stinks.
