Never money in the atm. Closing my account
The atm outside never works i don’t know why they have it for They close the one at Gates and now customers need to waste gas looking where to get or deposit money im thinking to just go to ESL OR M&T bank
Lady was mean to me, a customer, because she is a customer with the company I work for and was displeased with my company. She had no right to be rude to me while I was there getting money
Chase is a great bank but this location is the only one I've ever been to that doesn't have a working door. On days/times the bank is closed you're supposed to be able to access ATM via the front door. Tap the bank card or swipe, unlock the door then go to the ATM. It's been a year since I first came here and found this out and the issue is STILL present!
It was really very helpful . The manager Mr. Brandon Merrell help me lot with good smile every time . Thanks and appreciate . I heartfully recommended this branch for all your helps.
