I dont go to this branch often but always get great service there Tellers friendly and helpful if I have a question
It was my first time at this branch. I walked right in, the teller, Candace, ushered me over, walked me through my business easily and efficiently. She was very nice and helpful. Leaving a review just because of how nice of an experience she made my chore.
had a questionable experience with Jorge. went in to make an account using a promotion code that had been sent directly from chase and Jorge said we didn’t qualify for it. applied online using the code necessary and we were qualified just fine. don’t understand the point of wasting our time esp bc we were trying create an account with chase. he also didn’t greet us.
