Bad behaviour and rude service
Poor. Customer service since changed the staff
I am so disappointed and appalled with this branch. I went today to address something that was on my account and the cashier told me to wait for the branch advisor that I needed to see. He was meeting with another customer. I have been there for about 10 minutes and another customer came in and told the cashier that she was waiting for her appointment with the branch advisor.
