I had an issue with ordering a new card. My current card was looking pretty bad .. peeling etc. One of the folks who worked at the bank ordered me a new one but mistakenly cancelled my current card. When I figured that out, I went to the bank and asked if they could rush a new card to me. There was a cost to rushing it, and I suggested they pay the fee since it was not my mistake. I moved out of NY years ago and no matter what I do these leeches will not stop calling me trying to sell me more things. Shame because as an institution I have only had positive experiences with Chase but the contact from this retail location is making me consider switching all of my assets to another company entirely.
they keep calling me trying to sell me investments. i haven't lived in Ny for years.
The staff at this bank are very helpful, courteous, and attentive to my banking needs.
