I made an appointment with Jeff the personal banker to open an account. He was efficient and friendly. Went over all paperwork and asked questions. Chase is the best bank to do business with. Fraud department is second to none. Staff was also friendly and smiling.
I have always used this Chase for my banking needs. I can't say that Chase has the best practices (probably why this location gets so many negative reviews), this specific Chase has always been helpful and attentive to my needs.

I had an issue with ordering a new card. My current card was looking pretty bad .. peeling etc. One of the folks who worked at the bank ordered me a new one but mistakenly cancelled my current card. When I figured that out, I went to the bank and asked if they could rush a new card to me. There was a cost to rushing it, and I suggested they pay the fee since it was not my mistake. Ryan told me to go to another bank if I’m not happy… simply because I suggested they should rush my new card and wave the 5.00 fee. Great customer... read more
