Nothing but rude – I have banked at this branch for years, actually about a decade. Back when it was WAMU and not Chase. I avoid coming into this branch whenever possible. Too much trouble to change banks at this point because of the automated payroll deposit. It must be the corporate culture at this branch to treat customers with as little respect as possible.
