Bad Experience with a teller named Flor 06/10: we i took my grandfather to ask for a new card since he had lost his. I wasn't on the account but was speaking for my grandfather because he has a hearing problem and no hearing aid. We were helped by a teller named Flor, and not only was she very dismissive she did not give us the option to expedite the card, all because I wasn't on the account, once the order was made my grandfather had asked for cash, and it was loud enough for Flor to hear, when I restated what my grandfathe... read more
Terrible service, the manager very unprofessional, I really wanting to break his face after talking to him. They charged me for a service that I didn't even use and they didn’t want to refund my money. Terrible service it's not the first time but it's already several times that things happen to me that's why I decided to write this review. Don't go to this place for nothing.
