Came to do my banking here. I wanted to open app a new account. I wanted to wash my hands. So I ask to use the bathroom, and they said, there is no public bathrooms here. Thank you very much.I will take my business elsewhere!
Chase closed my account and has not returned my money. I’ve tried calling multiple times and have gone to the branch 4 times and I cannot get a response from customer service nor the manager / Jocelyn Garcia gave me her number and does not answer my calls nor does she return them and I have left multiple voicemails. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I need immediate resolution and access to my funds it has been 3 months. I would not recommend banking here based on this experience. Muy mala la experiencia llegué a las 11 de la mañana y me dijeron que me podían atender aproximadamente en 2 horas y ya casi cuando el banco iba a cerrar me dijeron que ya no podrían atenderme. No fue justo que espere casi 3 horas y nunca me pudieron atender cuando por ratos claramente se veían que estaban desocupados.
