This place is terrible. It’s a madhouse in here because they are so understaffed. Cmon Chase you’re a monstrous company don’t you see the 2.8 avg reviews for this place?
Ordered some checks they said I would get 300 checks for $30.00. I only received 80 checks. I tried calling when they open a 9:00 am. NOBODY answers the dam phone.

Bad Experience with a teller named Flor 06/10: we i took my grandfather to ask for a new card since he had lost his. I wasn't on the account but was speaking for my grandfather because he has a hearing problem and no hearing aid.
