Honestly, sometimes I just walk out of the bank wondering why I do business with them. I had two things I needed to accomplish make a deposit use the restroom. I guess Chase doesn’t need my business.
Made an appointment for 1:00 and had to wait 2 additional hrs. They had gobs of people just waiting to be seen in the lobby. A horrible experience, plus went there for 3 tasks, and they couldn't completeone of them. I ended up having to go to another bank to open a trust acct.
