Unfortunately this branch will leave messages on my phone to return their call and we can call them back for 48 hours with no one to ever answer this phone. The toll free number people can’t reach them either. Customer service is not a priority it seems. This has happened before at this branch so it’s not a one time event.
Understaffed, unacceptable wait times. Waited for 2 hours for basic transactions.
Never staffed enough waited 30 minutes and then had to go inside.
The policy about not excepting cash from non-account holders to be put into an account holders account is the most assanine policy I have ever heard of. The last namez were the same, I did not want to make a withdrawal, I wanted to put money in. I had the accojnt number and dverything. If is just stupid, stupid, stupid. And I will have my son and boyfriend change banks, because of this stupidity.
