Horrible many times
I have been Chase Customer since 1992 but level of customer service experienced today was pathetic. Long wait to talk to customer service agents, and there are aren't enough people to attend. Lot of folks on cash counters when most of work is done is online and less agents to meet customer needs. Customer Service level has gone done dramatically from what it used be. Planning to switch to other bank where there is value to customers....
Came in to the bank to deposit some money into 2 different accounts. Donna H had a attitude because she had to count my money and fill out the deposit slips!!!
