Arrogant people.
Not helpful at all even their staff doesn’t have the power to dispute claims. After 27 phone calls and a hour wait in their lobby 11 years of banking with them I have never been so upset with their service related to their credit cards. I will no longer bank with this organization moving forward I hope everyone reads this and follow suit. HORRIBLE MISTAKE COMING TO THIS BRANCH! Maybe this bank as well. This branch misled me into placing 10500 of my money YES THAT IS HOW MUCH into a "self directed brokerage account" which does NOT LET YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. That is right. You CANNOT get it back without asking them nicely. I was never told this money would be lost when I set up this account. Never ever go to this branch. I lost 10500 for an entire weekend.
