They took $1700.00 from me flagged my account for fraud and closed it and nobody can seem to tell me where my money is every time I call them they put me on the phone with some people in India that I can't understand horrible experience it's been 2 moths and im just expected to take a 1700 dollar loss be careful doing business with chase
I regret opening an account here. Takes hours to even get through on the phone to talk to anyone. The people behind the desk are really nice but the women on the side to open accounts is so pushy. No matter how many times you say no she continues to push and call and send emails constantly and the manager doesn't care and says thats there job. Asked about notary , rep rudely said do you have account with us my mom did for several years she said we don't have notary 3rd question was probably going to open a new account to 10 to 20k+ not now . Avoid branch
