The stagf is knowledgeable and supportive. They are wonderful to work with!!!
If I could give this bank zero stars I would. The tellers and customer service agents are just rude. No greeting, not a thank you when you leave. They need retraining in customer service skills. You’re better off driving to another Chase where they respect you. I already notified Chase headquarters and advised them about the experience I received.
Incompetent employees. Avoid at all costs. They put my money in someone else’s account due to a clerical error, they took no responsibility and told me to take it up with the other party. I’m never doing business with them again. $1,800 was stolen from me at this location due to incompetence.
Totally botched refinancing my mortgage and another time also mishandled a basic mortgage payment so as to be considered late affecting my credit score substantially. And never assisted in any avenue for recourse! Inexcusable incompetence!
Raymond was a great help setting up my wife and I with a savings account. Very knowledgeable and you can feel he wants the best for his clients. Thanks again Raymond!
