Wonderful branch. Everybody’s friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Special shout out to Steve who worked very hard to get my family a home loan. If you’re looking for a home loan nobody will work harder for you then Steve. And Chase has always had wonderful remote banking options and wonderful mobile apps. Highly recommend.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. The tellers and customer service agents are just rude. No greeting, not a thank you when you leave. They need retraining in customer service skills. You’re better off driving to another Chase where they respect you. I already notified Chase headquarters and advised them about the experience I received.
Incompetent employees. Avoid at all costs. They put my money in someone else’s account due to a clerical error, they took no responsibility and told me to take it up with the other party. I’m never doing business with them again. $1,800 was stolen from me at this location due to incompetence.
