There are only 2 nice tellers at this bank. The rest are rude & unprofessional! Especially the actual manager. This blonde looked like she rolled out of bed without brushing her teeth or combing her hair. Staff along with the manager are extremely lazy slow and seem annoyed by any question. Thank God I am taking my business elsewhere. Worse bank ever!

My son wanted to add me to his account was told that they were booked and we needed to come back the guy was just sitting at his desk talking on the phone. Told them we can’t come back he is leaving for Scotland tomorrow and they could careless no customer service very disappointed

I was a customer for over 15 years but just had to close my account and take my business to a customer friendly bank. Chase has some nerve charging a $15 fee monthly if you do not maintain a $1,500 balance in your checking account. I definitely recommend doing research, plenty of banks are not charging a fee to hold your money. Also the ATM machine at this location seems to always have problems. Most of the time you cannot withdraw money especially on the weekends.
