Great experience with bank.
I've always had great service both inside and when I go out to the drive up. I'll keep using them for awhile.
You can't get through to speak to a live representative
There is no way to reach the branch by phone!!!!! The customer service across sees, couldn't even reach the branch. 50+ calls over the time of 4 hours trying to get someone to answer. And this is trying to return a call from the branch!! 45 miles away!! Not just around the corner to go down there.
