Best service!! i live in brooklyn new york and i bank with many chase branches in nyc but when i travel to Sullivan or ulster county i bank with this branch i must say that its the best experience i had there in Wurtsboro branch!!
There is no way to call the branch directly. When I call the number for the Wurtsboro branch it goes to the main Chase menu with no option to speck with anyone from the branch. To schedule an appointment I went to chase.com/meeting and selected this branch and the response was "There's no meeting availability..." Had to select a brand in Middletown to make an appointment. Perhaps it's time to find another bank to deal with.
