The ATM’s are never working and the lobby door is keep lock after hours and the doors are suppose to open with your ATM card but it does not work. I had to drive to another Chase location to withdraw my monies.
Both drive thru atms are down and the front door doesn’t work so you can’t even use the atm inside
They would not cash a check from JP Morgan... Why would this be???
Went to open a Checking/Savings account. Rep Michelle helped step by step to open my account and then the app. She was extremely helpful and very courteous and outgoing. She made my day a little more pleasant.
