The teller Monica is always polite and patient, the down side is they don’t usually have enough changes for small business tho
They checked the account and the last social security deposit of my dead husband I don't know how they looked for a way to return it I didn't expect the account to be at $0 but they did it Chase's emptied it to me and I waited for an appointment by phone and he never made it and he lied I never made it very unprofessional. They don't know how to help, my husband died and I just wanted to close the account. They are not good for customer service, they prefer to be alone talking to the computer.
