Good people working there and they are helpful. However today there was human poop by the ATM and I think someone step on it as well. I try calling a phone number to there bank to notify them but I was only able to talk to a robot, no direct phone number from a person working there. Edit i recently came back to this bank and they have brand new carpet, looks amazing. Oct 27.

The ATM’s are never working and the lobby door is keep lock after hours and the doors are suppose to open with your ATM card but it does not work. I had to drive to another Chase location to withdraw my monies.

Both drive thru atms are down and the front door doesn’t work so you can’t even use the atm inside
