We are very disappointed with the service we received at this Chase branch. Because our English is limited, the curly-haired female employee did not seem willing to help us. Instead of being patient or trying to assist us, she made us feel unwelcome and ignored. Everyone deserves respectful and equal service, regardless of the language they speak. It was something very, very bad!!!! Because those who were working there the cashiers and especially the manager of that place p were available and still couldn’t help me I had to make an appointment through chase .com

Estrella Rivas, the manager, likes to waste public resources and the time of public servants for people on a public sidewalk taking photos. About this bank at all costs cause they obviously have nothing better to do than to call the police over law advising citizens taking photos on a public sidewalk. And then further waste resources to have all the bank employees escorted out to their vehicles over an hour later as if a hostage takeover had just finished. Good people working there and they are helpful. However today there was human poop by the ATM and I think someone step on it as well. I try calling a phone number to there bank to notify them but I was only able to talk to a robot, no direct phone number from a person working there. Edit i recently came back to this bank and they have brand new carpet, looks amazing. Oct 27.
