Have to drive an hour to get to this bank to create a guardianship account. Twelve trips later, I am given appointments and only after I get there I am told all types of excuses why “the back office” won’t let things get done. While they were the only branch that actually knew how to create the account, once again today after four email reminders and two texts about my appointment today, when I walked in I was told I couldn’t close an account because of “the back office” but they are “so sorry”. They have parking spaces in front of the bank which I used, however, they haven't bothered to shovel out areas so that customers can walk from their vehicles to the sidewalk. I attempted to walk through this slim area but there wasn't enough room for both of my feet and this caused me to fall into the snow bank. I got to the door of the bank and found that the atm closes at 10:00pm and of course I was too late!
