They have parking spaces in front of the bank which I used, however, they haven't bothered to shovel out areas so that customers can walk from their vehicles to the sidewalk. I attempted to walk through this slim area but there wasn't enough room for both of my feet and this caused me to fall into the snow bank. I got to the door of the bank and found that the atm closes at 10:00pm and of course I was too late!

Try calling, what a joke. They never answer and you get a message that they're helping other customers. No option to hold or get a call back, just try again later. And later, Same thing, all day, over and over, same thing!!!! I have been a Chase account holder for many many years, never a complaint! Love Chase. This branch, and level of customer service, not so much

We have always been treated respectfully and the guard inside the ATM area during off-bank hours is a great safety improvement. I'd give them the additional star if they'd work on the ATM machine and add at least one more unit. Sometimes the wait is a bit long.

Bank branch manager was very dismissive and when finishing up conversation on why they horribly handled my dad’s situation at the bank, rolled her eyes when I asked to take a picture for QR code business card. I’m considering a formal complaint and possible legal action. Overall, just horrible communication. They had a security concern for my parents and failed to notify them or me that they were under investigation for elder abuse/fraud. This is ridiculous
