We have always been treated respectfully and the guard inside the ATM area during off-bank hours is a great safety improvement. I'd give them the additional star if they'd work on the ATM machine and add at least one more unit. Sometimes the wait is a bit long.
Bank branch manager was very dismissive and when finishing up conversation on why they horribly handled my dad’s situation at the bank, rolled her eyes when I asked to take a picture for QR code business card. I’m considering a formal complaint and possible legal action. Overall, just horrible communication. They had a security concern for my parents and failed to notify them or me that they were under investigation for elder abuse/fraud. This is ridiculous
Good professionalism
Chase overall is a solid bank, but the Port Jervis branch is seriously falling short. The banking hours are not convenient, wait times inside the branch are unreasonably long, and the ATM situation is frustrating — only allowing limited hours before/ after hours access from 7am–9am & 5pm -10pm is unacceptable to say the least. Chase customers in this area deserve better service and access to their money. Please take action to improve this branch and restore it to the level of service we expect from Chase. Thank you!
