ATMs are inside too, as well as, doing business with two tellers. Lots of parking outside. I used one ATM inside and did my deposits and withdrawals on it. I went to the side tellers and purchased a roll of quarters too. Nice and clean inside and was greated when I walked inside this bank.
Literally worst bank ever! This location loves to not count your money correctly so be careful coming here. Out of all the Branches I’ve gone to this is the only one that ALWAYS miss counts my money. The staff is always so rude too! The only one that is friendly is the manager other than that they suck horrible customer service stay away from here.
GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS BANK
Made an appointment online to open a checking account at 12:30 pm on a Saturday with Jenny Troung to assist us. All banks do this for these types of account needs. Most only have tellers for deposit and withdrawal. It was very busy but to our surprise we were greeted by her at the door. She was very thorough, kind and considerate. She opened an account and 2 credit card accounts for us. She went through everything including the app setup and zell. Also assisted us with bill pay feature.
