Lousy customer service we filed a claim for a defective part we got from a shop out of state that they would not take back or give us money. They quickly got our money back after 2 months of not hearing anything from the bank or the crooked shop vow auto parts in texas they reverse the claim stating that they gave more evidence and mailed us and gave us 6 buisness day to respond as they sent us a letter on jun 9th it wasn til after buisness hours saturday they called saying wether you have the money or not we are taking it a... read more

Out of all. The chase branches, this one is my favorite. Yes, the parking lot sucks. But I go for the banking service. I've never had a problem and everyone has been very attentive.
I usually never post, but the lady, esperellza (spelling?) Went above and beyond to help out my mother dealing with a death of a child and guided her though the process of his account..the best knowledge and customer service..I will bring my accounts over to this bank now
