Chase has the worst customer service! My account was closed after being affected by COVID-19 and after getting the runaround from their folks I was told there was nothing they could do. I've been a loyal customer of theirs and in my time of need they turned their backs on me. All apart of big business and the banking industry. I will be sure to never recommend Chase to anyone I know and warn them about their practices.
