Horrible customer service when you lie to your customers saying it takes 30+ mins to add someone to your checking account. If your bankers can’t be bothered, then just say that.
Ongoing problems with this branch putting holds on deposits. There shouldn't be a hold when 1. there is enough money in my accounts to cover it if it bounces, and 2. it is an official cashier's check from another bank, so no reason to think it might not clear. UNACCEPTABLE that I'm unable to access my own money.
