HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! – When I signed up they were very helpful and kind. Great customer service BUT that has all changed! Every time I try to have them work with me on something they not only cannot help accommodate my request they are very short and rude. I can't stand them! People like that should NOT BE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY! I used to bank with Guaranty on Pace and those guys are awesome! Personable, helpful always! AND will earn my business back. Sorry I ever switched in the first place.
