I've done business with Chase around the country, but somehow this branch in particular manages to really piss me off. Silly policies, unhelpful staff, etc etc.
I've done business with Chase around the country, but somehow this branch in particular manages to really piss me off. Silly policies, unhelpful staff, etc etc.
They really don’t want to help you in this branch. In the time the wasted telling me how they couldn’t help open a joint account they could have opened the account. They just kept saying to make an appointment and come back in a few days.
Horrible Customer Service! They would not change all the bills I needed. I have an account for like 15 years and they were hassling me about changing a twenty and a 10 for 5's because I only had my digital card. Eileen the manager kept telling me that's the policy with a smirk on her face. If I didn't know any better, I would think she enjoyed telling me no. Always had great service at every other branch except this one.
Dissapointing.
