I visited the branch today to update my information, and while the process itself should have been simple, it turned out to be very frustrating. The employee who assisted me had no idea how to update my details. Every step he tried caused the system to lock, and he kept going back to ask the manager for help—this happened more than three times. Before you use the drive through window, just know that it requires you to fill out a whole withdrawal document, you have to know your account number by memory and the window they push out to give you your money actually collides with your car. Youre better off using the ATM machine. Drive through window is actually inconvenient and takes about 3 times longer than using the atm machine yourself
