Before you use the drive through window, just know that it requires you to fill out a whole withdrawal document, you have to know your account number by memory and the window they push out to give you your money actually collides with your car. Youre better off using the ATM machine. Drive through window is actually inconvenient and takes about 3 times longer than using the atm machine yourself
I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews on this branch.. Maxima and Frank have always been so helpful, nice and cordial with me during every visit.

I visited this branch today and was disappointed/ annoyed because the drive through hours of operation say 9-5pm on the window yet no one came to the window even after waiting 10 minutes and beeping my horn. I could see one teller inside so I went in because clearly that was only way that I’d be serviced. There were three tellers working and I waited on a short line behind one other person.
