Went in to get change and they short changed me $1 (gave them a $100 bill and they only gave me $99 back.) Be careful when banking here.
Can’t use the restroom even though you have a business account set up here.
I don't write reviews and generally hate banks, but I had an unexpected great experience at this bank because of Mrs. Dao. She resolved multiple issues I was having with transferring business accounts and an IOLTA account. She made the process easy and followed through with a different division ("Merchant Services") who I could not get a live person to respond. Very professional and knew what she was doing. Thanks!
