I feel sorry for anyone who does business with Chase. Bunch of inept bureaucrats making everything as hard as possible and then taking no responsibility. Worst in the region by a wide margin.
ATM broken every time I'm here... Why even have one? Major inconvenience to pull in here as a destination only to see the ATM is not working ... Why even have this location? Next closest is always working. Makes me want to change banks.

This bank hates customers.
Eavy, helped me. It was such a sweet, welcoming and genuine interaction. She made great conversation, was attentive and anticipated my needs, she asked me if I wanted some things I didn’t even know existed. At the end, I just had to ask and she tells me she is the branch manager. Wow! On the front line, interacting with her team, working the front counter. That’s my kind of leader. Thanks for a great interaction and reliable banking services.
