I’ve been with chase for years and today I Came in to open a new checking account and got told to do it online. If I wanted to do it online I would’ve. I came in for assistance and got turned away at a branch office. Very dismissive very unprofessional. I was waiting on a young lady to help me after her previous customer and here comes this short & rude older lady shoo-ing me off. It’s a bank???? did not have any problems customer service was good was great actually very professional was quick to open up a savings account and check in account.rep was very nice and fast definitely would recommend this branch
They have two walk-up ATM machines. One is always not working or has limited service.
