Great customer service! Dawarys is incredibly friendly, capable and professional. :) I've managed to open a checking and savings account, as well as ask for a credit card with no issues. I would advise everyone to make an appointment first because they're a busy branch.
I’ve been with chase for years and today I Came in to open a new checking account and got told to do it online. If I wanted to do it online I would’ve. I came in for assistance and got turned away at a branch office. Very dismissive very unprofessional. I was waiting on a young lady to help me after her previous customer and here comes this short & rude older lady shoo-ing me off. It’s a bank????
