Manager Mike and Daniel have been super helpful for us through multiple trips to the bank for opening account, applying for credit cards, PoA drafting and notarizing, resolving various issues. They even allowed me to take work meetings, when I did not have time to get back to my apartment, giving me one of their quiet offices.
Oscar was extremely courteous and helpful
I came to Chase to get a passcode to an account I have not used for a long time, I also requested a credit card replacement. Mr. Landon Koon guided me through these processes patiently and professionally. He also recommended other credit card options and Chase financial plans to me. Very friendly and helpful person, great experience at this Chase branch.
