Great customer service, all questions and concerns taken care of. They were very inviting and patient with us and made sure we understood before walking out, they even suggested options regarding our issues.
Avoid this branch. Very poorly managed and run. Have stopped here out of convenience a few times in the last 6 months or so and EVERY time, one or more of the ATMs are not working. It's also just a depressing place inside - stinky and moldy old place and super dark. No thanks, hard pass.
Treated my elderly mother with great respect, and patience. We were offered bottled water. We were able to open two checking accounts in a timely manner. Cristian is very kind, and helpful.
Spoke to “Barbara” about a mortgage over the phone…gave me good numbers, I agree to meet in person, had all the documents they requested, we have above 800 credit score, own our current home and is paid off. When we got there…I couldn’t have a connection with her, wasn’t clear about the answers to my questions, she wanted to trap us in a 30 year loan instead of the 15 we agreed before, different rates, different everything, we stomp out and said good bye. Wish I could provide a zero star. For those who are in the bracket of “private client”, do not expect any decent treatment at all. The branch in St. Louis is absolutely amazing. If I were only in this Rancho Mirage branch I would close my accounts today.
