I sold my house, and I wanted to do some investment. When I went into the bank they told me oh that person isn't here today you'll have to come back another day. How unprofessional...... for a bank? They lost a customer, and you know when you lose a customer the customer tells other people their experience and my experience was not good at all I would never bank at Chase, I would never have a Chase credit card I would never have anything to do with Chase
I’ve been a Chase customer for a long time, and this branch has consistently been a disappointment when it comes to in-person support. Each time I’ve needed help, the service has felt unprofessional, indifferent, and far below the standard I expect from a major bank. Other Chase locations in the area have been much more courteous and helpful, so I now go out of my way to use a different branch. For anyone who values reliable customer service, I would suggest choosing another location.

I went in there to open some CDs with a large amount of money, and they told me to come back another day because the person that does that wasn't there that day. So instead I went to US bank and they got my money
Ŵish they stayed open to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Sometimes an ATM doesn't cut it.
