No customer should have to wait in such a long line for an ATM.
I really don’t want to give this branch one star it deserves a half a star from the customer service. The tellers Ana and Nelly constantly went back and forth speaking in Spanish when they both understood English. I recently updated my name with Chase and they wanted me to bring my old drivers license back in order to withdraw money from another branch.
