Horrible customer service from Mevin or Devin I believe he said his name was! After waiting in the line for several minutes and being ignored he greets the lady at the window that arrived several minutes after me 1st! I had to ring the call button a third time in order for him to answer. I told him I was 1st in line and he laughed and started talking about me in a negative manner to the lady at the window lane! Its always a great experience with Chase
Been coming here and to the other one by Rio Grande for years. I have always had a good experience. I never come on the weekends this was my first time. And I was attended by a lady with short black wavy/curly hair, I know she's been here for years cause I always see her. She seemed so bothered by my ignorance. I didn't know that closing a debit card and the bank account itself was 2 separate things. Long story short she gave attitude and a sight of annoyance just because I didn't understand. No customer should have to wait in such a long line for an ATM.
I really don’t want to give this branch one star it deserves a half a star from the customer service. The tellers Ana and Nelly constantly went back and forth speaking in Spanish when they both understood English. I recently updated my name with Chase and they wanted me to bring my old drivers license back in order to withdraw money from another branch. I drove all the way home to get it only to be told I couldn’t do it. I have been banking with Chase for over a decade and I have never received this horrible experience!!!! I... read more
