Well-maintained
Horrible customer service from Mevin or Devin I believe he said his name was! After waiting in the line for several minutes and being ignored he greets the lady at the window that arrived several minutes after me 1st! I had to ring the call button a third time in order for him to answer. I told him I was 1st in line and he laughed and started talking about me in a negative manner to the lady at the window lane! Its always a great experience with Chase
Been coming here and to the other one by Rio Grande for years. I have always had a good experience. I never come on the weekends this was my first time. And I was attended by a lady with short black wavy/curly hair, I know she's been here for years cause I always see her. She seemed so bothered by my ignorance. I didn't know that closing a debit card and the bank account itself was 2 separate things. Long story short she gave attitude and a sight of annoyance just because I didn't understand.
