If I can give 0 stars I would. Elena opened a joint checking and savings account for me and my fiancé on the 1st of February. She refused to transfer my funds from my personal account to our joint accounts which resulted in it being marked as fraud. Manager Rozmin Mithani has been absolutely not helpful on 3 plus accounts now. Today she refused to help me with my credit card because she didn't want to deal with me....
