Horrid Corporate Monsters Nice folks work in the branch. But they can't make up for bad leadership. Corporate culture dictates a company's ethos. In Chase's case, their corporate identity is one of disregard and contempt of their customers. I had a fairly minor issue with them. Great branch! Great customer service at this branch. The employees are always very friendly but recently they went the extra mile when I applied for an auto loan. Nick, the loan officer, helped expedite the process and I was able to get the loan much quicker than I expected. You feel like they are willing to work for your continued business. I will definitely do business with these folks again!

Incompetent & horrible customer service This branch has tellers that are extremely rude and condescending about account information. Instead of assisting its clients with information, they talk down to you. Whitney in particular stated that I wasn't using my account correctly and that "...if I didn't want to talk to a banker I should go to a larger branch".
