Incompetent & horrible customer service This branch has tellers that are extremely rude and condescending about account information. Instead of assisting its clients with information, they talk down to you. Whitney in particular stated that I wasn't using my account correctly and that "...if I didn't want to talk to a banker I should go to a larger branch".
