This place is awful… extremely rude! The lady teller was huffing and puffing through my order. I go there almost every day and have to listen to the conversations of the tellers when you would think they would be focused on the customer. They try with conversation but you can tell they don’t care. It’s extremely obvious. No sorry, no thank you, no have a great day. This bank absolutely refuses to answer the phone during business hours! It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hold of someone physically there without needing to call the “chase customer service hotline”. I want to talk to someone physically at this location! So disappointed this is now the sixth time this has happened.
I had family members visit this bank today and the service they received was totally unacceptable. When they went in the bank, they asked a male worker there if they had anyone that spoke Spanish, because they are more fluent in Spanish than English. The guy they asked didn’t provide an answer, and simply turned his back and walked away. Ridiculous! Fortunately, they were able to find 2 ladies who work there and they were able to help them.
