Terrible customer service(at least in this location) it feels like you are bothering them when you ask questions, everybody has a terrible attitude.
They pick up the call and hang up on you. All of them should be fired
Great service. The manager was amazing with his service that he provided me. He is the Best chase branch manager.
So far my experience is okay.
This place is awful… extremely rude! The lady teller was huffing and puffing through my order. I go there almost every day and have to listen to the conversations of the tellers when you would think they would be focused on the customer. They try with conversation but you can tell they don’t care. It’s extremely obvious. No sorry, no thank you, no have a great day.
