This place is awful… extremely rude! The lady teller was huffing and puffing through my order. I go there almost every day and have to listen to the conversations of the tellers when you would think they would be focused on the customer. They try with conversation but you can tell they don’t care. It’s extremely obvious. No sorry, no thank you, no have a great day. Poor customer service in comparison to all other Chase branch locations.
Michelle at the counter is always all smiles and very willing to help with whatever she can.
One of those Chase branches where they have lots of people around, but only 1 teller. This seems to be the "norm" with Chase. At this branch, they don't greet you and call you by your name.
Arrived at the location at 4:38 PM, bank closes at 5:00 PM. Needed a wire transaction for an upcoming real estate closing on Monday, was informed that Anna can’t do it and the other banker is under training. Mind you, I have not had any issues for past 16+ years of being with JP Morgan Chase, at any location but this one. This is second time at Algonquin location.
