I had my appointment with Anna Valdez, she was great. Opened my account very fast. I got got my check deposited that same day :) very pleased with her services. She is also bilingual which was awesome. Highly recommend also the guy up front who helped me get my appointment was super kind!!
This place is awful… extremely rude! The lady teller was huffing and puffing through my order. I go there almost every day and have to listen to the conversations of the tellers when you would think they would be focused on the customer. They try with conversation but you can tell they don’t care. It’s extremely obvious. No sorry, no thank you, no have a great day. I’d honestly be embarrassed if I was a worker and was complaining to another coworker about not receiving a certain training with a customer in earshot. It’s just... read more
